London, UK, 27 July 2011 – Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) (“Amphion” or the “Company”), the developer of companies in the medical and technology sectors, announces that the Annual General Meeting due to be held at 11.00 am 28 July 2011 at 330 Madison Avenue, New York, NY, 10017 has been adjourned. It has come to our attention that the original Notice of Annual General Meeting was mailed one day later than expected, and as a result, the 21 day notice period was not met.

The Board has decided to reschedule the Annual General Meeting for 11.00 am 1 September 2011 at 330 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017.

An updated notice will be sent accordingly to all shareholders in due course.
