London and New York, 21 July 2011 - Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) (the "Company" or "Amphion") was advised, on 20 July 2011 that Richard Morgan, CEO of Amphion, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares at 2.375 pence per ordinary shares on 20 July 2011 in the Company. Accordingly, Richard Morgan is now beneficially interested in 24,192,499 ordinary shares, representing 18.02 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
