Issue of Shares

London and New York, 26 February 2015- Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) (“Amphion” or the “Company”), the developer of medical and technology businesses, today announces that the Company has issued 2,148,243 ordinary shares to YA Global Master SPV, Ltd. at a price of £0.0314 per ordinary share, which is equal to 95% of the average of the 5 daily Volume Weighted Average Prices from 16 February to 23 February.  The shares represent 1.42% of the enlarged issued share capital. 

Admission of the 2,148,243 new ordinary shares, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, is expected 3 March 2015.  Following this allotment the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 150,771,220 ordinary shares with each share holding one voting right.
