30 April 2007 – Amphion Innovations PLC (the “Company”), a builder of companies in life sciences and technology, has been advised that Richard Morgan, CEO of Amphion, has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 18.5p and 25,000 shares at 20.0p in the Company.

Richard Morgan, Mrs. Anna Morgan and Ms. C. Morgan now hold a combined interest of 16,486,703 ordinary shares in the Company representing 16.418 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
