London and New York, 26 March 2008 – Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) has been advised that Richard Morgan, CEO of Amphion, has purchased 60,000 ordinary shares at 20.45 pence per ordinary share in the Company. Richard Morgan, Mrs. Anna Morgan and Ms. C. Morgan now hold a combined interest of 20,794,155 ordinary shares in the Company representing 16.18 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
